Refund policy

***All orders placed between November 15TH and December 24th, 2017 enjoy an extended return period till January 24th, 2018.

If you need to return an item, the steps are simple:

1. Contact our team at ANTIQUAJEWELRY@GMAIL.COM with your order number and the email address associated with your account. We will send you a return authorization number. This is important since our system will not process any returns without an authorization number.

2. We will issue a USPS return label to simplify your return shipping. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund upon using this label. Alternatively, you can always use a shipping method of your own choice.

3. Package your return item in a well padded box to prevent damage in transit (we recommend the original packaging), and enclose a note with your return authorization number inside your return package. All returns should be addressed to:

We will send you an email when your return is received and processed. You should see a credit to your card within one billing cycle.

Please note:
All items returned to us must be unused and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.
